ABOUT THIS JOB:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually stunning designs across various digital products and working collaboratively with our team to understand our client's unique requirements and create designs that effectively communicate their brand messaging. As a team member, you'll provide active support across a variety of projects, starting from the concept phase and progressing through to completion. You will need to be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years experience as a full-time employee
- Knowledge of relevant software (Adobe Suite, After Effect, Sketch, Figma)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders and other team members
- Eye for detail
- Organized and efficient
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs
- Creative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for print and digital media
- Create graphics, layouts, and visual content for marketing materials, social media, websites, and other communication channels
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design solutions that meet their objectives
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare final designs for print or digital publication
