Motion Designer

ABOUT THIS JOB:
We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in producing captivating visual content and collaborating with our design team to deliver engaging and memorable digital experiences. As a successful candidate, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work across multiple projects. Your discerning design eye will be invaluable as you oversee projects and ensure that all assets adhere to brand guidelines, meet client requirements, and maintain the highest standards of quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of solid experience as a Motion Designer or similar role
- Showreel and/or portfolio showcasing your past works
- Excellent graphic design principles knowledge with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe creative suite
- Expert knowledge of Blender
- Experience with layout, color theory, and typography in digital media
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create high-quality motion content
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about learning and acquiring new knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Create and design animations and motion graphics for use in videos, websites, and other digital media
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards to convey messages and ideas
- Work with other designers and developers to ensure consistency and quality across all motion content
- Utilize design software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Maya to create animations and motion graphics
- Stay up-to-date with motion design trends, tools, and techniques
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop motion design solutions that meet their objectives
